After that, you will be learning various culinary tips and techniques pertaining to staple recipes of authentic Cretan cuisine, like how to make real dough, how to prepare appetizers and enhance your dishes with fresh herbs like rosemary, sage, oregano and other condiments.

Today’s visitors will see history coming alive as they wander around the church at the centre of the monastery, the museum and the surrounding areas.
